As Senior Vice President, Fashion & Lifestyle Director at Neiman Marcus, she was responsible for elevating the brand across all platforms and touchpoints, driving commercial success by re-establishing the department stores’ relevancy and fashion credibility within a rapidly shifting retail environment. Prior to joining Neiman Marcus, she was Vice President, Fashion & Buying Director at Moda Operandi, where she led a comprehensive overhaul of the company’s merchandising strategy to position Moda Operandi as a marquee brand within the luxury online retail sector. Prior to her time at Moda Operandi, Aiken spent seven years at Net-a-Porter, most recently as Retail Fashion Director driving the fashion agenda to focus merchandising opportunities and marketing narratives on emerging trends, key volume drivers, new designers and a social first content strategy.
